All of our menu items are handmade with family recipes that have been passed down, along with a few new ones. Meats are seasoned using our own custom BBQ rubs, no store bought shortcuts.

As part of the local area and a retired police veteran, we strive to bring the community together with great food. Our "Hero's Free Meal" project provides free BBQ meals to schools and first responder locations to cheer on our local heroes at no cost to them. It is our way of giving back for all the things they do for us all.
